We want to keep any work on your end down to a minimum and ensure your donation reaches its destination safely and most importantly, cost effectively. We pay for collection of the donated goods and FedEx will collect directly from your premises however we need to deal with paperwork first to ensure everyone has their ducks in a row. The first step in the process is to ensure the goods are correctly identified for customs and packed and labelled accordingly. We'll do that work for you, preparing labels for boxes and coding the goods. To do this, you'll need to let us know, using the forms below, exactly what you are donating.

Sadly, we will not be able to take some of the items you will want to donate for projects abroad. Where possible, we may be able to utilize these in country, and would rather exhaust this option than turn away anything that can be put to use in the financially challenged communities we serve. The list below highlights most goods we cannot import by country and we will ask you to keep these for a local collection if we can utilize them locally.
